Do you create custom orders? 

Merry Moments Design Co. loves to create custom orders! Please email any ideas or requests to merrymomentsdesignco@gmail.com. 

Are all orders personalized? 

All designs are personalized with the name or monogram you note in the "personalization" box before adding to cart. If you prefer no personalization, please type "none" in the personalization box. For invitations, please enter in the personalization box all party details you wish to be included on the invitation.

What size is the stationery? 

Enclosure Cards & Gift Tags 3x3 inches

Note Cards 5x7 inches

Notepads 5.5 x5.5 inches

Invitations 5x7 inches

Stickers 2.75 x 2.75 inches

How is the stationery wrapped and packaged? 

All printed orders come wrapped in a cellophane bag tied with ribbon. Orders are shipped in a padded envelope.

Are envelopes included with each order? 

White envelopes size A7 are included with the note cards and invitations. No envelopes are included with the enclosure cards and gift tags. 

What is your processing time? 

Printed Orders are usually processed and shipped 5-7 business days. Invitations may take longer depending on how quickly you approve the proof for printing.

What shipping carrier do you use and what is the cost? 

The carrier for all orders is USPS. All standard shipping is free of cost to customers.

Is rush shipping available? 

Rush shipping is available upon request and for a fee. Please send an email to merrymomentsdesignco@gmail.com for a rush shipping request and quote.

What should I do if my package is missing? 

Merry Moments Design Co. is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is missing, please reach out to your local post office or USPS.  You will need to file a claim with USPS. 

Do you send proofs? 

Invitation proofs are sent to your email address you enter at check out. Please be on the lookout for the proof to approve for printing. For all other items, a proof is available upon request.

 

What kind of paper is used?  

Premium, smooth 100 lb. heavyweight paper is used.  Notepads are printed on 80lb. eggshell paper. Upgraded paper options are available upon request for an additional cost. Send an email to merrymomentsdesignco@gmail.com if interested in a paper upgrade quote. 

Can I return my order? 

No returns are accepted due to each order being personalized. No refunds will be given and all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order please email merrymomentsdesignco@gmail.com. 

Do you take and post pictures of my personalized order? 

Merry Moments Design Co. frequently takes pictures of orders to post on social media and/or use for listing pictures. Please let us know if you'd prefer for your order not to be posted.
