Non-Returnable 

Due to all items being personalized there is a non-returnable policy and all sales are final.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Merry Moments Design Co. is not responsible for damage during shipping. 

Merry Moments Design Co. is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once the USPS has the packages, they are out of our control. If your package is missing, please reach out to your local post office or USPS.  You will need to file a claim with USPS. 

Refunds

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
